Your floor mapping order is confirmed and paid. Stripe will have emailed you a receipt separately. We'll be in touch within one working day to confirm the details and arrange your survey.

What happens next

  1. We confirm the details. A member of the Impact Acoustics team will get in touch by email or phone to confirm your site, room count, and access arrangements.

  2. We schedule the survey. Once details are confirmed, we'll agree a date to carry out the floor mapping survey at your site.

  3. You receive your map. After the survey, we produce and deliver your floor map at the tier you ordered — Standard, Photoreal + interactive, or Photoreal + flythrough video.
