Common questions

Is this a real checkout — will I be charged when I click "Request this quote"?

No. Nothing is charged and no payment is taken on this page. "Request this quote" prepares an email to us with your details and the tier/room count you selected, for us to confirm and invoice separately.

How do I know how many rooms/areas my site has?

A rough count is fine to start — a small workshop is often a single open area (1), while a multi-room facility might be 5–10. We’ll confirm the exact count against your floor plan before any price is finalised.

What if my floor plan doesn’t split cleanly into "rooms"?

That’s common with open-plan sites — tell us in the notes field and we’ll agree a fair room/zone count with you before confirming price.

Can I change tier later?

Yes — nothing is locked in until we’ve confirmed the quote with you and you’ve accepted it.
